What time is check-in and check-out?

Rooms are available for check-in at 3:00 p.m. Check-out is at 11:00 a.m.

Do you allow smoking in the Rooms?

We are a non-smoking, non-vaping, and non-cannabis property, including all guestrooms and public areas. Open flames/cooking in guestrooms and public areas is prohibited. A $250 USD fee per incident will be added to your folio.

Do you have a fitness center? What kind of equipment does it have? What are the hours?

Yes, Olivia Hotel offers a complimentary fitness room with bikes, treadmill, and weights. It is open 24/7 daily.

Is there a pool or hot tub?

This hotel does not have a pool or hot tub on premises.

Do you offer complimentary breakfast? 

Yes, we offer all our registered guests a complimentary elevated continental breakfast. It is available daily between 7am-10am.

Do you have a business center?

We do not have a business center.

How do I get to the hotel?

Stay at our conveniently located hotel in West Los Angeles. Centrally located at the crossroads of Santa Monica Blvd. and Westwood Blvd. in West Los Angeles, California. Closest Freeway Exit is on 405 North or South- Santa Monica Blvd exit.

Is there a resort fee?

No, we do not charge a resort fee.

Is there a restaurant or café at your hotel?

Olivia Hotel has a Café open Monday through Friday from 7am-1pm. Saturday and Sunday open from 7am-10am. We offer a select breakfast and lunch menu options. 

Are pets allowed?

We gladly welcome guests traveling with dogs, and we comply with ADA service animal guidelines. Limited pet rooms available; guests must call hotel reservations in advance.  A $100 USD non-refundable pet fee applies per stay. All guests must register their dog upon check-in. We allow up to two (2) dogs per room, no larger than 40 lbs. per dog. Dogs shall not be left unattended in the room or in any other location in the hotel.

Do you have rooms with kitchen?

No, our guestrooms have mini-bar and coffeemakers.

Do you have Wi-Fi?

Wi-Fi is complimentary and is accessible in the guest rooms.

Are there rooms with a balcony?

Olivia Hotel does not have rooms with a balcony.

Parking & Directions

Do you have onsite parking?

Yes, Convenient onsite self-parking available for $30 USD per night. Limited to 1 parking pass per room reserved. If needed, public parking is available nearby for additional vehicles (fees vary). No over-sized trucks, trailers, or recreational vehicles permitted.

Where is Olivia Hotel located?

Located in the heart of West Los Angeles near Westwood. This hotel is within 2 miles UCLA, Westwood Village, and Century City.

Reservations

I booked my reservation on another site that is not hotel website. I need to make a change to my reservation. How do I do this?

Please contact the site with which you made your reservation. Thank you.

What is your cancellation policy?

If the reservation is canceled 24 hours prior to arrival (3 pm the prior day), no fee will be charged; if cancelled after this time, or in case of no show, 100% of the first night’s stay will be charged. No-show fees are collected at 12 am.

Is my ID/Passport required at check in?

Yes, we do require a government issued photo ID at the time of check in for all reservations.

Do you have accessible rooms?

Yes, we do. We have a limited number of designated accessibility guestrooms with either roll-in shower or bathtub.

Do you have connecting rooms?

We do not have connecting rooms at our hotel.

Do you charge an extra person fee?

Our room rates are based on two-person occupancy. For any reservations exceeding the standard occupancy, the following charges will apply: $25 per adult (13 years and older), and $15 per child (ages 2 to 12). Children under the age of 2 stay free of charge.

What credit cards do you accept?

We currently accept payment from Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. All cards must have chip and PIN functionality.
